Protecting yourself in open-world PvP
Anime Fighting Simulator lets players fight each other in the open world, so stronger players sometimes ambush weaker ones. To stay safe:
- Conceal your power. The Conceal Power gamepass hides your power level and sword, making you a far less appealing target and letting you surprise attackers if needed.
- Use defensive Powers. Equip a defensive ability such as a barrier and keep a movement skill bound for escaping. See the Powers database.
- Block to reduce damage. Blocking cuts incoming damage and prevents knockback — useful when a fight is forced on you. The full inputs are on the controls page.
- Join a group. Group members cannot damage one another, so playing with friends creates a safe bubble while you train.
Protecting your Fruits and farming
Fruits are first-come, first-served, so other players competing for the same spawn is a form of PvP too. The best protection is a private server, which removes competition entirely — ideal for Fruit hunting and uninterrupted farming. Concealing your power also helps, since it stops others from realizing you are about to grab a valuable spawn.
Protecting your account and progress
Some of the biggest losses are self-inflicted or scam-related:
- Lock your Champions. In the Champions menu, view a Champion and press Lock so you cannot sell it by accident. This is the single most important safeguard for valuable rolls. See the Champions tier list to know which are worth locking.
- Spend deliberately. Avoid dumping Yen and Chikara on impulse. Follow the progression roadmap so every upgrade has a purpose.
- Trade carefully. Scams usually rely on rushing you. Review both sides of the trade window, ignore off-platform promises, and read our trading guide before any big exchange.
- Disable trade requests in Settings if you are not actively trading, to avoid interruptions and bait offers.
A simple safety checklist
- Lock every Champion you care about.
- Use a private server for Fruit hunting and serious farming.
- Keep a movement and a defensive ability bound at all times.
- Conceal your power if you play in busy public servers.
- Double-check every trade before confirming.
