How training spots work

Training spots are marked locations that apply a multiplier to your stat gains, stacking on top of your own multiplier. The table above shows the spots by stat. To benefit, you must perform that stat’s training action inside the spot — punch in a Strength spot, meditate in a Chakra spot, jump in an Agility spot, run through a Speed spot. The one exception is Durability, where you simply stand inside the spot to gain.

Note that there is no Sword training spot: swords carry their own multipliers, so you train the Sword stat just by swinging.

Using spots efficiently

The fastest way to grow is to always train in the highest-multiplier spot you can reach for your chosen damage stat. Higher Dimensions house stronger spots, so as your Total Power opens new zones, relocate your training there. A few tips:

  • Focus one damage stat (usually Chakra) rather than spreading across spots, in line with the progression roadmap.
  • Stack multipliers. Combine the spot multiplier with stat-upgrade multipliers, a Champion boost, gamepasses and any active boosts from codes.
  • Time events. Train during 2x/4x windows for a huge bonus, as covered in the farming guide.

Training spots and your build

Training spots feed everything else: more stat means more damage for your Fruits and Specials, faster qualification in boss fights, and quicker Class rank-ups that grow your Yen income. Combine focused training-spot use with crate collection and boss runs as you move through the map, and your power curve stays smooth from early to endgame.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do training spots work?

Training spots apply a multiplier that stacks with your own multiplier. You must perform the stat's training action inside the spot to benefit, except for Durability, where you only need to stand in it.

Is there a Sword training spot?

No. Swords already carry their own multipliers, so there are no Sword training spots. You train the Sword stat simply by swinging your sword.

Which training spot should I use?

Always use the highest-multiplier spot you can reach for your chosen damage stat. Higher Dimensions have stronger spots, so move up as your Total Power allows.
